Delete your Lovitude account

You can delete your account and your data at any time. It can't be undone.

From the app

Open Lovitude and go to Settings → Delete account. Confirm, and your account is deleted right away.

Without the app

Write to hi@victorfalcon.es from your Google account's email with the subject "Delete my account". We'll delete it within 30 days and let you know when it's done.

What is deleted

Your account: email, name, language and notification preferences.
Every message you wrote, including in your partner's copy.
Your sessions and your phone's notification token.
Your invites, and previous couples nobody keeps any more.

What is kept

If you're in a couple, it's unlinked: your partner keeps the messages they wrote under "Previous couples", but not yours. We keep no copy of your data after deletion; database backups rotate, and deleted data is gone from them within 30 days.

If you only want to leave your couple without deleting your account, use Settings → Unlink couple.
